Building the world’s most practical robotic driver

Osmosis AI is creating a faster, lower-cost path to fleet autonomy by upgrading the vehicles that already exist.

Our core product, DriverAgent, is a modular robotic driver that retrofits existing commercial vehicles with embodied AI: perception, decision-making, and precise control of steering, throttle, and braking. Instead of adding more sensors and complexity, we take a vision-first approach that mimics how people drive—focusing on sight, keeping the system streamlined, and designing for reliability in real-world operations.

Over the last two years, we’ve proven the fundamentals through simulation and real vehicle testing, refining the hardware and software stack that enables retrofit autonomy. Now we’re moving into the next phase: adapting DriverAgent for a small electric van, completing rigorous safety validation, engineering for manufacturability, progressing certification readiness, and building a repeatable sales and deployment process for fleet customers.

Our mission is simple: make universal autonomy accessible—so SMEs and large operators alike can reduce operational costs, improve safety, and address driver shortages without waiting a decade for new factory-built solutions.

Mission

Our mission is to build the simplest, safest embodied-AI device that lets any vehicle become autonomous using vision-first intelligence—driving with human-like perception and judgement—while extending the same core technology into humanoid robotics, so robots can navigate and operate in the real world with the same “see, think, act” foundation.
